Collection of Personal Information
After you register for indigo’s iMobile 2, we ask for data such as your company’s IP address, a username, car registration and vehicle mileage as standard. This is all set up through our indigo software where if you are registered as a driver, we will capture information such as your real name, birthdate, address, phone number and emails address if needs be, this is down to your employer’s terms and conditions of employment.
We may also retain any messages you send through the SMS service for up to 2 weeks, this is for audit purposes.
POD photo capture is strictly used for company purposes and it should be noted that these photographs could be shared with persons outside of your company’s organisation in the result of a query or insurance claim.
How we use your personal information
Our main software programme Indigo will collect all information you provide in user content that you post to the service. We use this information to operate, maintain and provide to you the features and functionality of the service. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of your company’s organisation.

Your company hold all rights to any company information shared through our Indigo software and iMobile module under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
